About Pete Briscoe

After serving as Pastor of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in North Dallas for almost 30 years, and Leading Telling the Truth a multi-national media ministry for 10 years, Pete and his wife Libby left the pastorate, bought an RV, and started to travel. While visiting National Parks all over the country, Pete started a coaching and consulting business. Pete is now an executive coach working with marketplace leaders, business owners and C-Suite executives. He helps them sort through their personal lives and relationships while growing their businesses.

Pete also speaks at corporate events and leadership team meetings helping companies bring humanity back to the workplace.

After coaching preachers for 30 years Pete has created a digital preaching course helping preachers avoid the 9 biggest mistakes preachers make. You can preview and purchase the course on this web page.

Coaching

I understand how isolating and overwhelming it can be to lead. After years of pastoring high-capacity leaders — business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs — I’ve seen firsthand the stress and misaligned priorities that often come with success.

That’s why I’ve developed a personalized coaching approach designed to help leaders reset, refocus, and rebuild a life they truly want.

We begin with a 2-day, in-person intensive.

  • Day 1 is all about listening — we explore your current role, capacity, challenges, dreams, burnout, strengths, and family life.
  • Day 2 focuses on building a sustainable life plan based on what we uncover together.

From there, we continue with 22 bi-weekly Zoom sessions to support your growth and keep you on track.

In just one year, you can experience real, lasting change — personally and professionally. Let’s get you there.
